I think silver would look great. If you're feeling unsure though, go with white.

What occasion is the dress for? If it is casual or for work, I would go with a dressy dark brown sandal (really dark brown)

What is the occasion?
Daytime/work - I would do either a nude/beige or brown sandal.
Evening - a lighter silver sandal would great.
I am not a fan of white shoes, in any form...and definitely not a fan of clear shoes.
