What color/type tile backsplash with these kitchen cabinets and granite counter? UPDATED w/ another pic
I'm at a loss! I'd appreciate any help I can get!
Cabinets are Wellbourne Cranberry.
Granite is Dakota Mahogany.
Floors are hardwood.

Can I get opinions on the tile I updated post with? You can add pieces of Dakota Mahagony granite as decorative accents. The picture shows the tile with Dakota Mahogony granite as the counter and as the accents in the backsplash.
What do you think?

I love what you have choosen so far. I think I would go with a light blacksplash and add accent tiles lean towards the mahogany family.

You can do a neutral backsplash that could go with anything. For some reason I envision a tumbled, light beige/tan background with some copper decos.

i love the colors you chose, they compliment each other so well.
that said, i think you could use a contrasting color, something bright ...
i can't think of anything right this moment.

I agree with this! Maybe a light tumbled stone with some dark deco pieces.

My kitchen is similar to this one, diff floor and backsplash design but same colors. And same color cabs & counters. Love the combo even though I hate my black counters.
