Sarah has a bunch of stuffed animals that she's brought in there at bedtime or during naps. They come in and out as she likes.
But there is one rag doll that is a constant, she has it with her all the time.

OMG Ry has like the same dog- but its a dalmation- (carters-right)
Actually we have 3- one to keep in the car/diaper bag and 2 we keep in the house- and rotate while one doggy is taking a bath
I try to leave him in the crib- but Ryan will sit and tug at him until he pulls him out of the crib- doggy does EVERYTHING w/ Ryan (including having lunch IN RYAN SOUP )

Yes Carters...I wish I would have gotten more than one. I went out to replace this puppy with a similar one and he wanted no part of it.

Dd has one similar to this but it is a white lamb.
I bought 4- one for home, one or daycare, one for when she pukes on one, and a backup, just in case!

Ah the puppy! Yes I can vouch that Jared is a big Puppy fan!
We had a few beanie babies (remove ALL tags)., babies, etc. I tried like anything to get Joseph to like this rabbit because it reminded me of the velveteen rabbit. He never got attached. Maddie onthe other hand, can stand next to a sheet & rub the it for comfort. With Maddie, we would swtich off toys constantly.I'm sure this will come back to bite me in the azz when Maddie has relationship issues because she gets the feeling that once she loves something it's gone.

Noah has an old t-shirt of mine that stinks of vomit! But he loves it!
eta...It smelled worse, but I washed it and he didn't like it at all, so I let it get all smelly again and now he LOVES it. When I am getting him ready for bed at night he goes MENTAL with it...He loves blue shirt!

Marron doesn't have anything.
Should they have something? It never occurred to me.

We actually got like 4 of these critter blankets and I hesitate to let her use one b/c I feel like whichever one she uses we'll have to have it everywhere we go for eternity! At what age did you children start using these blankies?

Re: What comfort toy do you keep in DC's crib?
Jack had a ton of stuff in his crib because we wanted him trained that he waits in bed and plays before we come get him in the morning. Now that he is in the toddler bed he jumps out of bed and grabs a truck and brings it back into bed with him until we come get him.
His comfort item is his blanket my Mom made him on one of her visits. She has made him numerous AMAZING afghans and when we were in the knitting store he kept playing with this one set of yarn and she quickly crocheted him a small simple blanket and now he uses it as a bunched up pillow to sleep or if he is being watched by someone other then Mommy or Daddy it comes along with us. It's great because when he is ready for bed and tired he just goes back to his bed and starts dragging it around. Luckily he picked out a washable wool!
So, here is my little Linus with his blanket
Jack has a green carters blanket like Jared's but its a teddy and I so wanted him to like that that but it never stuck.
