What could this be
Hi Girls, I am only on CD 19 and I am having some bad AF type cramps, no bleeding or spotting though. My lower back is also killing me (do not know if the two are related) I just came off the pill this past month. Could this be causing the cramps?

how long are your cycles typically?
I do experience some mid cycle, towards the end cramping every once in a while...

I just came off the pill also. My first cycle I was experiencing bad cramping off and on from days 14 to 22 (I then got AF on day 24.) I also experienced some pain in my lower back. (I am only into my section cycle right now.)
I was trying to figure out what this was to. For me, I think it was just my body adjusting to going off of it.
