What day of the week do you do grocery shopping (if you do one big trip a week)?
We usually go Sunday but I hate it. What day of the week do you go?

I do Peapod and usually have them deliver Sunday's or Mon/Tues evening

friday night - it's empty and then I dont have to worry about it over the weekend.

Sunday because we go to shoprite. If we go to waldbaums or pathmark we go Friday night.

we try for saturday around 5-6pm. It ususally less crowded than on Sunday.

Usually during the week, either Wednesday after I pick my DD up from school at noon, or thursday when she doesn't have school.
Before kids, when I worked, I would usually go a weeknight too, I avoid the stores on weekends. I would go like 8 pm after dinner.

I've been doing Sundays at 8am the last couple weeks and its been easy- but usually I do Monday nights right after work- which is a horror show

Saturday or Sunday but before 9 am or it's too crowded.

Oh no, I was hoping to switch to Monday nights. I was thinking if I cook Sunday we can eat leftovers Monday and shop for the week. There is something about having fresh food for the week that is appealing, instead of going smack dab in the middle of the week.

We have been trying to find a good time. Fri/Sat/Sun were disasters. We went to Stop n Shop on Wednesday evening last time and it was perfect!

Sunday morning - anytime before 10 am.
I find that if I go after work, the meat or produce selection is poor.

I usually do Peapod once a month to save on the delivery fee. I run to the local food store after work during the week if I need milk or run out of something in the meantime.
I hate going to the foodstore..... its always a madhouse!

I do peapod usually on Wednesday's when I work from home. If for some reason I can't do it that day, I'll get it delivered at night but try to pick one of the discounted times.
I work full-time and get 2 hours a day (during the week) to spend with my DD. I HATE wasting time on the weekends dragging her grocery shopping or leaving her with DH. Peapod is my best friend

Either Saturday or Sunday mornings, never in the afternoon or evening.
I only have Waldbaum's as a supermarket choice in my area.

Same here. I loathe going on Sundays. On a Friday night, I'm in and out and don't have to deal with the crowds.

Usually one night during the week, depending on my schedule. I try my best not to go on the weekend b/c it is always crazy. If i do go on the weekend, i drag DH with me so he can park and i can start shopping

I usually go at like 7:30-8am on Saturdays. The meat dept is usually restocking at that point
