What day of the week do your landscapers come?
Our landscapers come on Monday, and by the time the weekend rolls around, or lawn is overgrown. We're thinking about canceling the service because of this. We've asked them if they could come closer to the weekend and they said that they can do it once in a while, like if we're having a party or somethng, but not on a weekly basis.

This was an issue with us at first too. We specifically asked for later week, and they kept coming on mon/tue 
We made it clear that if they couldn't come on Thur. or Fri. we would have to look for someone else. They come on thur now

We are having a family friend do ours. He will be doing it on Wed. I wanted Fri, he cuts both his brothers on Thur and Fri. so Wed it is...

Tues. I never even thought of this. I wish it was cut closer to the weekend but someone has to be first I guess.

Our landscapers came thursdays last year, but this year looks like we're on tuesdays 
when i spoke to them about it once they said that everyone wants to be done thurs/friday and they just can't fit everyone in on those days, so some people have to be in the beginning of the week.
if you know you're having a party or something, they'll definitely come later in the week if you ask (and maybe you'll get left in that later rotation)

We just got a new company who has been coming on Weds which we didn't want. Our old company did Fridays so it looked good for the weekends.....

Thursday with Friday as a rain date

As of the past few weeks it has been on Saturday - I think our lawn guy has a regular job during the week and does lawns on the weeknd. Last year he used to come on Thursdays. I agree with you about the Monday thing - our 2 neighbors on either side have their lawns done on Monday and by Saturday it is in need of a mowing again.

Saturday....They have a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, and do all them on Saturday.
