what decadent vacations are you planning?
Just wondering where the CF are jetting off to! I'm pondering Austrailia!

We're doing San Francisco/Napa/Vegas in a few weeks...its our honeymoon, actually...just decided to go later, gives us something to look forward to post-wedding.
A cruise to Mexico in January for my dad's birthday.
Possibly China. DH might be sent there for work. If airfare is decent, I might go as well, because I can stay for free in the hotel.
In 2012, we are going to Bangladesh (he's from there) and I might fly to Australia from there, as one of my best friends is in grad school very close to the Great Barrier Reef.
And...we gotta get to Ireland.

Do it! We went for a couple of weeks for our honeymoon, so many fun memories.
This year we have nothing decadent...
I did a 9 day cruise w/mom, going to Vegas again in September for my brother's wedding and we're going on a 12 day cruise in November.

nothing decadent... maybe for our 5 yr anny... lol
but we're planning on a cruise for spring of next yr... we def have 1 other couple going with us and possibly some other couples and friends... still researching on which one to take... i <3 cruises so i get soooo happy when planning one and eventually stepping foot onto the gangway... im like a little kid on xmas..   land vacays just dont do it for me

We did our decadent Italy/Sicily trip this summer
We are heading to Ft Lauderdale and Miami the day after Christmas through new yrs as we do every year
That's all we have lined up so far

10 day cruise around the Galapagos Islands. Small Celebrity boat, only holds 100 people. It's more of an 'adventure' boat than standard cruise. You go on 2-3 excursions per day.
With airfare, etc it's probably going to be around 10K

It's not really decadent but we're going on a cruise to Bermuda in 25 days! We're going the week before but it's to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary.
Other than that nothing in the works yet but we both really want to go back to the Sandals in Antigua to renew our vows on the beach, barefoot, just the two of us. We also have a few places in Europe we'd like to get to.
I'd like to go to Puerto Rico too, I have a ton of family there and would like to see where my grandparents grew up.

We are planning to go on a 12 day Medditeranean cruise with my in-laws ( ) next year.
They like to plan in advance.

Not really decadent... but, Dh and I have been on the fence about this lately, thought about Aruba then realized it's not a good idea right now. Now we are thinking of just going to Florida. I have credits on Jet blue that I have to use and cash in by Oct.

DH and I are finally taking our first big trip next year, to Europe. I've only ever been out of the US to go on our honeymoon, to Bermuda.
I started searching through threads on the Travel board already and started a spreadsheet. I have to figure out how to even go about planning this. I know we want Paris and Provence. Italy. Maybe Prague. We're going to have 2 weeks or close to it, so we could play some of it by ear...
But planning is so much more fun.

Trying to plan 2 weeks in Europe for next summer with DH.
2 weeks in Thailand (and hopefully Cambodia, Laos) next summer with my BFF.

We want to go to Hawaii not this coming January, but next. We're hoping we can save up DH's points on his Continental credit card to get free airfare and possibly some $$ of hotels too. This way we can do all kinds of trips and stay in a nicer room than we did for our HM.
