What did you wear for DC's 1st b-day if you had it at a hall?
DS's 1st b-day is at a hall, a VFW, so I dont need something super fancy but I dont want to wear jeans. I have been looking and looking and am just not finding anything I am crazy about. His b-day is march 30th, can I wear white pants? I am sick of wearing black. Than I thought a skirt or dress. AHHHH!!!!!

Your DC, your party, wear what YOU want to wear. I wore jeans and t-shirt for both of DC's 1 year b-days. DW wore something comfortable as well. I might steer away from white pants, though. Are you having any kind of activities? Cake icing is also a factor.....

I wouldn't wear jeans...
Maybe a pair of black pants and a nice top. If you're comfortable, then wear a skirt or a casual dress.

A friend of mine wore white pants to a cousin's christening. Her son was one and he knocked a cup of coffe on her lap so I think white wouldn't be a great idea.
How about dark denim, with heels and a dressy top. Maybe a white short sleeve button down or a knit top and some jewerly and I think you will look cute.

I had it at a hall KOC in oceanside and I wore black dress pants and a blouse, DH wore a suit, many people came dressed up , I think 1 person came in jeans over 100 people.

It was in the fall, I wore a brown sweater dress with high brown boots.

I had it a casual restaurant and wore beige slacks with a red patterned blouse and brown boots.

I had it in a KOC hall in late April. I wore capri pants and a button-down blouse with sandals. I think for March, you can't go wrong with black pants and a blouse.
