What do I do????

So ionce again, I have accepted a job. I gave my notice. Tomorrow I am actually makign myself crazy to go to the client party in Boston to meet everyone. I start in 2 weeks.

Well I get a call from a federal agency that I interviewed with asking for my references and writing sample.

Do I send it to them, or do I tell them I have another job. I already spoke to them and didn't say anything- just gathered information.

A part of me says keep your options open. YOu never know. The firm could collapse, or the gov't stuff could take forever (It was 3 months after getting my resume that I got called for an interview and 1 month after the interview they are requesting my references/writing sample.) For all I know it could take a year to process everything.

But another part of me says you made a decision- accept it and go forward with it. Tell these people they're too late.

I agree with everyone else I would send it in because you never know.

Time is money. I would probably just say thank you but I found a job and i'll contact you if I am looking in the future.
