What do I do with my Boobs since I'm not going to try BFing this time?
I BFed for 2-3 weeks last time. This time I am not even going to try. What can I do to make them hurt less? How long do they take to dry up if I never start BFing? Besides stocking up on cabbage leaves and frozen peas, what else can I do? Tight sports bras?

I did tight sports bras from minute one after delivering...even in the shower and made sure the warm water never hit the front of me directly
The cabbage leaves and frozen peas too.
All in all, it was bad for 24 hours and then got better after that.

I've also heard that taking an OTC antihistamine or decongestant can help dry you up.

I did tight sports bra also with both DC and had no problems. I put them on as soon as I got to my room and didn't take them off.

I used 2 bras....
The first was one of my more comfortable pregnancy, underwire, bras....kept the girls separated and supported. I then put a tight sports bra over that. I found that, for the most part, as long as nothing moved, pain wise, I was OK.
I have additionally always found that there is one day that is always really bad. On that day I didnt even shower. I didnt want to remove the bra and/or have water stimulate them at all.
I took a lot of Ibuprofin....

Two tight sports bras and ice packs starting before milk comes in.. you don't want to get engorged. I did this with both kids and had minimal pain.

I did all of the above, and the ibuprophen helped the most!!!!

I never had a problem; no pain at all! I did leak a bit, especially when holding DS/when he cried, but the pain was much less than I expected (though I was still taking some painkillers for my tear). I did a tight bra, and within a week no more engorgement.

I just used a good bra for support and a tight tank top over that. It wasn't too bad and only took a few days to go back to normal.
