I use vaseline to line the diapers daily, and then if DS has any sign of diaper rash I use Aquaphor on it. I have a bunch of extra chuck pads from the hospital that I keep nearby in case he's extra messy

I have purell, some toys, diapers, wipes and desitin. I also keep onsies in the top drawer of the changing table incase of any accidents.

I swear by disposeable changing pads to put ontop of the changing pad cover. This way, if they pee while you're changing them or stick their foot in their, well, you know what I'm getting at, it's one less thing to wash. You just throw the pad out. I also keep her baby lotion on the changing table and her brush, her aspirator, q-tips, cotton balls, baby oil, tissues (for me ) and a rattle for her to look at.

Re: what do i need for my changing table besides wipes and diapers?
We use those waterproof pads by carter's on top of the changing pad on top of the changing pad cover (the thing that is made out of terry cloth) because sometimes diapers are a bit messy and so I don't have to wash the whole cover, just toss the pad in the wash and grab a new one.
As far as supplies I have a basket with all kinds of goodies in it so that I have it at hands-reach. This is what I've got: Cetaphil lotion (she has eczema and this stuff works for her!) her prescription hydrocortisone cream saline drops for the nose nasal asperator vaseline comb no more tangles hair detangler spray thermometor alcohol wipes
and then the toys--- some of the supplies we give her to hold like the saline drops, asperator, comb because she wiggles like crazy and needs to hold something to stay still also... various little toys she can hold with her hands -- maracas, small books, balls, little shaker toys and animals
