What do you call the thing that snaps over the infant seat for cold weather?
Not the bundle me that goes in it- the one that snaps over the top?
Also- are they universal to fit all brands of infant seats or do you have to get one that is made specifically for your brand of seat?

I had the Kiddopotamus Posh Pouch. They have something different this year - the Cozy Up.
I used it for my Graco Snugride and my friend had it for her Chico KeyFit.
