What do you clean your house with?
DH is having a fit telling me I am harming the baby by using all purpose household cleaners. Regardless if I use Lysol, pinesol, clorex cleanup he has a fit. I have the windows open and I try not to breathe it all in but how else can I disinfect the house.
What do you all use to clean the kitchen, bathroom, counters, etc with?

You really should not breathe in the bleach....you can wear a mask when you clean - that is what I did.
There are also "baby safe"disinfectants available.

I have totally avoided cleaning product, i make my hubby sanitize the counter/bathroom etc...i vacuum and make beds only....

I use mostly pinesol and fantastic....
Im a big open window nut and I wear gloves....
Bleach is only for the white laundry..

I make DH do it!
I have a cleaning lady and when she uses the bleach, I make sure I am not in close proximity.....

My DH has the same concerns about me breathing in chemical smells from cleaners so we went to Home Depot and found one of the "environmentally friendly" cleaners to use. It cleans just as well as the other name brand stuff and DH doesn't have a fit when I use it.

DH did all our cleaning in our apt., its only been recently that I started using Windex again, but he still does all the heavy duty cleaning (bathroom, etc.)
In the beginning the smell of windex/amonia would make me nauseous
