I've booked with Expedia a few times and always had nice hotels and good flights. I booked with Amex Travel once and the hotel was horrible - very disppointing.

We booked our last trip through orbitz. So far so good, although we haven't gone on our trip yet.
I comparison shop for prices using:
orbitz
expedia
yahoo! travel
libertry travel's website
hotels.com
lowestfare.com
Any hotel's own website
costco & bjs sell vacation pkgs also
I always check reviews and photos on tripadvisor.com

I have luxurylink in my favorites and always check their deals. I just never used them. They always seem to have too many restrictions.
I thought maybe I would try them for a very expensive trip to Africa or Australia/NZ. Where have you used them for?
