What do you count as day 1 of your cycle?
If I just started red spotting at 8pm, is that day 1 or the next day?

Day 1 is the day you start to bleed (right up to midnight) according to my RE

First day of red blood.. or my definition.. when I have to wear a tampon or pad instead of a panty liner

when i went to rosenfelds office they said the first day of full bleeding no spotting....so if you start spotting at night i think that would mean the next day would count bc then the flow would be heavy no?

My doctor told me if you start bleeding after 5pm, then the next day is day 1.
