What do you do with a climber?

My 15mth old has now mastered the technique of climbing on the kitchen chairs and then making her way up onto the dining table

I work from home and my laptop is on the kitchen table...what do I do? I tried telling her no last night and that led to a full on tantrum....do I keep removing her from the chair or just remove the chairs - I know that option is probably too drastic and not advisable...
