what do you eat
before you go to the gym? I am looking for something low in points and fast.. any suggestions?

I eat fat and protein.
I like nuts, peanut butter, eggs, etc. youa can also eat tuna, or grilled chicken with olive oil and veggies, as a meal before. Make sure you eat an hour before you go.
You need to have carbs and protein AFTER your workout. your post workout meal is critical!

Thanks!! I usually go early in the morning, after I drop DH off at the train station-7:45 or so.... are there any bars you would recommend-I am also trying to Weight Watchers also...Thanks!!

i don't really like bars. they are not very healthy- too processed. eat real food.

Some natural peanut butter on a slice of whole grain bread. Or, a little bit of cottage cheese and a small apple.

I usually have toast and natural peanut butter before my long runs...maybe a banana I also make sure I drink a lot of water. I have found most of the fatigue I may feel is due to dehydration.
