What do you eat when everything makes you sick
Everytime I put in my mouth I gag. Last night for dinner I had a piece of toast and a cup of milk and threw up 5 times after  I didnt have anything in my stomach to throw up

Have you tried protein? The only thing my stomach "wanted" was carbs, to settle the nauseau, but it always made it worse in the end. I found if I started my day with protein, like an egg, it was much better.

whatever i could. i would force down a mini bagel in the morning, nilla waffers, dry cereal, more bagels....hang in there

I threw up a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk while in the shower!

Bagels worked for me. I have no idea why, but that was the only thing that I can hold down.

In my first trimester, I used to drink something so I just had something to actually throw up. It made me feel better.
Nothing in my first trimester could stay down. I lost 10 pounds. I could eat in my 2nd trimester but I ended up throwing that up too.

Oh no, I'm so sorry that must be awful, I would say crackers but if toast isn't working. Did you call your doctor?

aww so sorry
When I had M/S, the only thing I could stomach was carbs, I ate a lot of plain bread and white rice! Also, was able to keep ramen noodles down.. healthy, I know 
The thought of protein made me gag

seasoned fries from checkers and dino nuggets (frozen chicken nuggets from BJs) was the only thing that i wouldn't gag at for the couple of weeks that my m/s was really bad (i'd have saltines and graham crackers, too... sips of ginger ale and root beer helped also), but the fries and nuggets were the only 'real' food that my body would accept.

I am going through the same thing right now and finally went to D&D to get a bacon, egg and cheese (of course, they forgot the cheese  ). Anyway, grease and Cheez-Its have been the only things I've been successful with in both pregnancies, though this one is far worse with the sickness so far

when my ms was bad i could only do bagels or watermelon (it was the summer at the time). but that was pretty much it and that was for 17 weeks!!!!

I have been throwing up multiple times a day for the past 3 days. I just ate a banana and a bottle of water and so far so good  I just feel like cr@p and want to stay in bed.
