What do you have under your furniture on wood floors?
We just had new floors put in and already little marks are showing up when we move heavy pieces of furniture. What would you suggest we use for things like chairs or the large ottoman in front of the TV that will be moved often? We also have a large heavy bookcase that had to be put iin front of a circuit breaker box. I know it's not an ideal place but I have no choice. That will cause major damage when we have to move it. Do you know where we can get heavy duty, good quality casters like those on a refrigerator?

If we don't have a rug under piece of furniture, than the furniture has felt pieces on it's legs. And it slides easier. You can buy felt anywhere really. Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. They are little round pieces to fit on the legs of the furniture.

There is audio when you open the link.
We found these online after looking at lowes and home depot and not liking the quality of the felt pads they had there.
These things totally work. I was so skeptical, but just like in the video, I can take a running leap onto my furniture and they do not budge!!!
I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone with wood floors.

We got these small felt circles that stick to the bottom of the chair/couch/table legs. It's SO much easier to slide furniture when I need to vacuum, and I'm not panicking about scratching my floors.

Yep thats what we have. Especially on the dining room chairs. I used to cringe every time someone got up!
