What do you miss the most from pre DC days?
I really miss just picking up my bag and leaving in the morning. It is such a chore getting everything ready.

more time with DH
going away without a care
"me" time (aka pedicure, manicure, little stuff like that)
going out for dinner/drinks whenever
but for the most part, just SLEEP!

Sleeping late and (kind of along the same lines) being able to drink till late at night without worrying if I'm going to be hungover in the morning.

Sleeping...I'm a light sleeper, so I hear every noise DD makes at night, even if she's not waking up. And of course there's no sleeping in.

Exactly.. i love to travel, have fun with friends all over the states, see new places, just adventure. Now that's not possible its such a chore and frankly its not as fun anymore.

Being able to do what I want when I want
Alone time with DH
Happy Hour that extended to the evening with good friends
Going shopping for more then an hour without a toddler having a tantrum

I can honestly say that I miss ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from my pre-children days.
I have no regrets, no what-ifs, and really, truly miss NOTHING (yes, even sleep).

Def Sleep. I joke that I haven't slept a full night since I was pg with DD#1.
I was talking to my sister who doesn't have kids and she was saying she slept until noon the other day.....I can't remember the last time I slept until noon.
