what do you think is the "best" steakhouse on LI?
we are looking to go out this weekend for DH's b'day....leaning towards Bobby Vans now, but we are looking for other recommendations as well.

Frank's Steakhouse in Rockville Centre is the only one we like on LI.

Burton & Doyle is my favorite. I have heard good things about North Shore Steakhouse but we haven't been.

the best iv been to is paces in pt jeff. the steak melts in your mouth! me and fh go there every year for our anniversery.

We have been to a lot of them and I think our favorites are Burton & Doyle or Morton's.
