What Do You Think The Keys Are Not To Losing Weight, But Toning And Maintaining Weight?

I know there are some experts on here, so I'm curious. For me, the back of my thighs/butt is the hardest to keep tight!

Weightlifting, using challenging weights, and eating enough calories (and the right macronutrients....ex. proteins, carbs, fats).

I'm hardly an expert, but for those areas...I would focus on doing squats to keep them firm.

I have the same issues- for me it's eating right and doing cardio as well as squats and lunges

my legs are the qucikets to drop off- my arms and abs stay toned- which is good b/c it took me long to get those muscles

running on the beach has been great for my legs-
