What do you use in
baby albums to attach your pictures? I started to use scotch tape on the corners, but what would work better?

Yes or glue dots-these are flat. They also have glue stickers that are raised so your pics will pop off the page

Yes, you can get them in Target or Walmart - both stores have a little scrapbooking section where you can find them. Also, Michael's or AC Moore would definately have them in the scrapbook dept.
