what do your cramps feel like??

I am a worry wart! So everything I feel I notice and worry about My cramps feel anything like Af cramps to pressure down in the pelvic area. To sharp pains. Is this all normal??

I have the same fears. My round ligament pains feel like small knife cuts into my sides. The pains are usually short in duration and come on suddenly without warning but they go away just as quickly.

On Friday I had the worst pain ever and ended up calling my doctor to make sure I was ok. The pain felt like the lower part of my stomach had seperated from the rest of my body. It was so bad that I actually cried.

It helps me to lay down when I feel them. If I can they pass quickly.

I get sort of like AF cramps, not too intense

My cramps were worse then AF cramps starting at 5 weeks and getting better , but continued till about 10-11 weeks. I was worried all the time.

My cramps are just like AF cramps only not as severe (I used to get bad cramps w/AF).

They were constant at first but now they seem to come and go, and are worse in the morning than later in the day. I am 5 weeks, 1 day. I was worried too but I am realizing that it is very common.

I'm at 7 weeks and I've been worried about my pains too -- but I don't know that I would call what I'm feeling "cramps". I usually got low back pain with AF and that's what I feel a lot now.

But my big problem feels like gas pains -- like stabbing in my side (and guess what? passing gas seems to help -- thank god DH is understanding )

I also have what feels like muscle pain in my sides and lower abs.

Does anyone take Tylenol to relieve their pain? I'm still scared to take anything.

I dont have cramps anymore but sometimes I feel some kind of sensation like something is going on down there. I guess we will each experience different things

I felt AF like cramps for the first few weeks after I got a BFP pretty consistently and the dr. said this was normal. They tampered off and now i just get twinges of pain now and then which i am told is growing pains!

Sounds like what you have is totally normal

Weirdly I like the cramps. After the doctor said that those pains were normal because the baby is growing and stretching your uterus... I like the pain because it means the bean is growing.

So glad to see this. I alternate between lower back pain, and lower abdomen cramping. I will try not to panic unless there is spotting with it.
