What does everyone do for backache?
Durning the day at work my back aches and I brought a pillow to work on Friday but it only relieved it a little. Yesterday I cleaned (did a lot of bending which i probably shouldnt have done) and I couldnt sleep at all. Now I a heating pad on my lower back. I do sleep with a pillow between my legs already. Does anyohne know if Red Door Spa does prental messages, because I have a gift certificate I received for Christmas and was wondering if they do that. Sorry for rambling on.

Re: What does everyone do for backache?
I just deal with the backaches... I try moving to a different position first. If they are really bad I take a warm shower or tub. I also use a heating pad too. DH is usually good about massaging my back as well I can't wait to go back to my Yoga routine, my backaches will be non existent then!

Re: What does everyone do for backache?
I sit up on my bed with a ton of pillows behind my lower back. I get it so bad. I am afraid I am going to definitely have back labor.

Re: What does everyone do for backache?
I go to the chiropractor 3 times a week and Ive noticed a big difference in my back pain and headaches. It's helping me a lot. On occasion if Im real bad I will take 1 or 2 Tylenol and using a heating pad.

I went for a massage and didn't think it helped. However, I did go to a chiropractor a few times. He said my back is way off. I guess with the extra weight and the shifting my body is doing knocked off my alignment. I suggest a chiropractor. You'll feel better instantly (at least I did).

Re: What does everyone do for backache?
My doc recommended the pregancy belt. I bought it at Mimi Maternity... best $18 I've EVER spent! It's a velcro belt that you but around your back a fasten below your tummy. It completly supports my back and helps me keep my posture. I'm a new woman because of this thing!!
