I believe it stands for..
8 days post 5 day transfer (like for IVF)
eta: just wanted to say I could be wrong here!   but that's always how I have read it!

Oh I see, so the emby is 5 DO and they out it in...so its kinda like 13 DPO

Yes - it means they transferred the embryo when it was 5 days old, and now you are 8 days past that, so about the same as 13 DPO.
