What does your 3 year old play with in the bath?
I need new ideas. He has cups, a boat, cars.

My kids are younger than yours but he would rpobably like:
a basketball hoop-suction cup
the crayons you can use in the tub
sometimes I throw a beach ball in there

My DS has had this One Step Ahead Chemistry set and still loves it

He also has a floating cooking set from them which is neat ( but I no longer see it on their site)

He has a floating Hotwheels set with a ramp etc.
Some of those things that stick to the wall ( a dinosaur set)
a Cars basketball hoop , cars Foam set.
And usually he will just bring in a toy that can get wet, like an action figure of some sort too.
HE has this bubble maker too ( from TRU) ...
One Step Ahead has a lot of cool bath toys BTW

I just got it at the Target clearance sale for $4.98
I saw some left , maybe try your local target.
