What does your 9 months old eat?
Can you please take me though your 9mo daily diet? I feel like Lucy is not eating enough.
Also, I tried to give her chicken in her veggies for the past 2 nights and she hated it and refused to it eat!
I know she lost weight last months from being sick for a week and i am very worried!
I am not quite sure what to do here--my son has always been an excellent eater...

Re: What does your 9 months old eat?
my dd is 10 months but she eats
Silver dollar and 1 container of fruit for breakfast
1 container of fruit and 1 container of veggies plus a yobaby for lunch
fruit, veggies and whatever we are eating (beef, chicken, soup, etc) for dinner
cheerios, cheese, zwieback crackers for snacks throughout the day
my dd is ravenous with her hunger

Re: What does your 9 months old eat?
Breakfast-some jarred food, fruit or cereal w/granola. Got the ok to give yogurt.
As of yesterday, i was told to pretty much give her all outside of things like, eggs, berries, PB-for allergies.
Lunch-my mom has a tendency to cook a lot and homemade soups is one, so she does feed her some...or a jarred food-veggies/ckn/turkey etc.
Dinner-I do give her what we are eating..like ckn or meatballs, love pasta!
Formula-doc tells me she should be drinking at least 24oz or more...something my dd dosent do at times.

Re: What does your 9 months old eat?
DS turned 9 months on the 16th. His ped appt isn't until the 30th, so this will probably be changing once we go...
7:15/7:30 (breakfast) - 4 tablespoons cereal, 1/2 container of 1st foods fruits, 7 oz. formula
11:30-11:45 (lunch) - 1 container of 1st foods fruits or veggies (alternate), 7 oz. formula
4:15/4:30 (dinner) - 4 tablespoons cereal, 1/2 container of 1st foods veggies, 7 oz. formula
8:15/8:30 (dessert ) - 8 oz. formula
**I only added in the food during lunch a couple of weeks ago, he used to just have the 7 oz. formula for lunch!!!

Re: What does your 9 months old eat?
DS is 9 months old today and we were told to wait on table food until 11 months and he is not a big eater, so this is what his diet looks like:
8:30am-4oz bottle 10:30am-Cereal 2:30pm-Stage 2 fruit or veggie 4:00pm-6oz bottle 7:00pm-cereal and a whole stage two fruit or veggie. 11:00pm-8oz bottle
We were giving him the stage 2 dinners, but since he has significantly cut down on his formula intake (18oz a day) we've been giving him cereal for dinner as well.
