What does your OB charge to perform the cord blood extraction?
My friend got charged $150.
My OB is charging $400.
(not including what you are paying the cord blood company to process it, and the kit)
I can't believe the price difference, its not a difficult procedure. What is yours charging?

Mine didn't say anything before, but we got a bill for $250 a few months after DS was born. I think they tried to bill insurance for it, but of course they did not cover it.

I asked my ob specifically how much he charges for this bc of a previous post months ago. He says he doesnt charge anything.
