What else do you BBQ?
I'm getting so tired of just BBQing hambugers and hotdogs. DH is off this week and can do all the cooking before I get home from work...which means it needs to be on the grill and already prepared by me.
Any suggestions?

For proteins we do steak, pork and chicken (Lawry's makes great marinades). I will also do shrimp on skewers.
I have a metal pan made just for the grill that I put cut up veggies in with some oil, salt and pepper. Things like zucchini, bell peppers, grape tomatoes.

If you have a grill basket you can do all kinds of veggies. I find that easier than making kabobs. I do squash, peppers, and onions with garlic and olive oil.
For main dishes, steak is easy, shrimp skewers, and all kinds of chicken. A few recipes I have saved.
Bruschetta Chicken
Chicken Gyros
We also do a lot of sausage burgers or turkey burgers with franks hot sauce and blue cheese dressing for a different twist on the burger idea.

Veggies (portabella, asparagus, potatoes, corn, zucchini/squash, brussle sprouts (blanched first), grilled romain hearts then top with balsamic & blue cheese crumbles S&P)
Fruit
Stuffed poblanos/peppers (grill them in foil)
Fish (on a grilling pan or in foil)
Chicken (easy one is 1 can frozen condensed lemonade & approx 1/4c soy sauce. Let marinade, & grill)
If you are tired of just BBQ sauce, grill plain, then make it I to a sad which, wrap - Greek style or Italian, or toss as a salad or with pasta or quinoa.

I've been doing BBQ hoisin pork loin lately. Just mix it and marinate overnight and cook the next evening. Easy and quick.
1 (1 1/4 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed of visible fat
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp brandy or whiskey (optional)
Mix in plastic bag and marinate overnight.
If grilling, preheat to medium heat. Turn heat down right before you add the tenderloin. Grill on each side 7-9 minutes or until cooked through (145-160F depending on how you like your pork). Slice the pork on the bias to serve.

Thank You everyone! I am going to buy a grill basket today! Can I get at Target or do I need to go somewhere like BBB or William Sonoma?

I bought a 2 pack at target a year or two ago. It has one solid and one open basket.
