what equipment is needed for the 30 day shred DVD?
Hello:
I am considering buying the 30-day shred DVD since it has so many great reviews...For those of you that have it, what equipment is needed for this?

you just need hand weights (can get them at marshalls for less than $6) - you choose the weight! I've never worked out before so I got 1.5 lb each weights. They sold 3 lbs each, 2 lbs each, 5 lbs each, etc. when I was at Marshalls
and if you're on a hard surface, you'll need a floor mat.
I do mine on carpet, so I just need the hand weights!

Yup-just hand weights (I use 3lbs)-I do mine on the carpet too.

I just didn't want to buy and find out I needed a lot of equipment but dumbell and mat sounds reasonable.
