what exactly is a hot flash?
i think i had one post partum after my son was born. i remember getting real hot and waking up in soaked sheets. is this it?

i noticed them at night. i would wake up all of a sudden and be very hot. it could of just been because it was august, but i don't think so we had the ac on.
