What foods are natural diaretics?

I am PMS'ing and so bloated right now. I don't want to take a water pill. What can I eat that will help?

Re: What foods are natural diaretics?

it's not that foods are diuretics it's what foods aren't.

Avoid caffeine, chocolate, salty foods, soda, fried foods..

anything that will make you retain water.

When I feel that way I drink lots of water, eat some grapefruit and have light meals mostly with fish and lots of veggies. At least I try to.

The caffeine and salt are killers.

Cuccumber and watermelon always work for me, but watch out because for some people, the fiber can cause more bloating.
