What foods are zero points on WW??
Just wondering... does that mean they have no calories??

I don't really know, I guess they are low cal, low fat, and high fiber that it does not measure on the point slide scale

Usually it's because the amount of fiber is high, compared to the amount of calories or fat grams. The other reason could be that they are just very low in calories that they are insignificant in small amounts (like certain condiments)
But....if you eat large amounts of certain zero point foods, you should probably assign them 1 pt. For example, if I eat more than a cup of raw carrots, I take a point for them. Just because something has zero points, it doesn't mean you can eat a huge amount of it, and not count it. It will add up after a while.

1 egg white baby carrots (i think 10) many of the veggies 1 can diet soda 1 cup green or wax beans
lots more, if i think of them i'll post more!
