The only thing I limit is my alcohol intake, though I do still have drinks here and there. Otherwise I eat and drink whatever I want.
ETA: oh yea, I do avoid artificial sweetners, but I do that anyway and I limit my fish intake.

The lactation consultant at St. Charles hospital told me to avoid raw fish and artificial sweeteners (and of course alcohol-but explained what I could do if I did want to have some drinks)

the only thing I didn't eat/drink was raw fish and alcohol...
I had splenda though... But i also have that when I am pregnant...Call me crazy!
