What haven't you used since you got pregnant?
I was told to stay from Tend Skin (it has alcohol). I am a little worried about using Nailtique. I am also giving up dying my hair.
I was just wondering what other products, grooming or non, have people given up when the found out they were pregnant.

When I was pregnant I stopped using toothpaste with whitener in it.

I stopped going to nail salons
Stopped using self-tanner (not sure if I needed to)
Stopped carrying too many groceries in at once!
Stopped all artificial sweetners (although I know they say its ok)
No tunafish sandwiches (mercury levels)

I worry about nailtique because of the protein. I don't know if I am being paranoid- I can't wait till my first appointment when the doctor will go over all this stuff with me.

I haven't dyed my hair but i have been using nailtique!
I haven't had much caffeine, a little here and there.
Trying to stay away from artificial sweetners.
Cut back my gym workouts somewhat.
And of course no pain killers except tylenol.

Also lifting anything heavy, Tuna, some cheeses, caffeine, and my favorite... cleaning... we hired a cleaning lady!

havent colored hair but have gotten my nails done, I cut out caffeine and wine. no more pepperoni. heard i need to stay away from certain cleaning supplies but cant find a list.
