What helps you sleep and where can I find....
I am having trouble sleeping even with my nightly Ambien. I just cant get comfortable. What do you recommend, a snoggle, body pillow..what helps you get comfy physically?

The snoogle is OK but I still toss and turn at night and I always have to repositon the snoogle

I just use a ton of pillows...I also make sure the room isnt to warm b/c I find myself getting hot a lot more..(I dont even want to see my electric bill by the end of the summer!!!)...

I hated the snoogle! I really felt I needed support on both my belly and my back when I was sleeping, so I ordered the Back and Belly. Its made by the same company that makes the snoogle. I have to say it is a godsend!

I just use 3 pillows...if I lay on my left side I use 1 for my head, one in between my legs and usually one over my head!

I sleep with 4 pillows, one of which is a body pillow (just an extra long pillow). One for my head, one to 'hug' in front of me, one behind me, and one that's a floater (usually between my legs these days, but some days an extra one to hug!). Yes, I create a fort around myself and thankfully my DH is very understanding.

I like the snoogle - I got it at Buy Buy Baby. It definitely helps me sleep better but I still have problems sleeping and find they are getting worse as time goes on! Get one to try - can't hurt
