What if AF doesn't come and your not Pregnant...
Hi Ladies, my AF is 4 days late but I know I'm not pregnant. And just to be sure I took a test yesterday and it was BFN. I'm generally not ever late. If for some reason my AF doesn't come this month will I still Ovulate? I'm worried my AF isn't going to come this month. Even thought I feel it coming. I keep thinking everyday that it doesn't come that prolongs my ovulation date this month and I only have two more months of trying before my husband leaves for a while. Any advice? Thanks.

A late period means you ovulated later than usual...that is, if you've eliminated being pregnant, etc.
What methods are you using to determine your O time?

Normally I use OPK. These past two months I didn't because my husband was away. I did however track CM which seemed a little off. Also I do live in Hawaii and travelled to NY two and half weeks ago during that trip I was suppose to Ovulate. Maybe the time differences screwed with my system. I also track on mymonthlycycles.com.

I would stick with the OPK & CM tracking...and temp. That way you will see the spike after you O to confirm everything.
The travel could have put your body out of whack.
