What Infant toys do you recommend?
I am registering now and I want to get some fun and educational toys.

Its so hard b.c what you think they might like sometimes they dont, With my DD which has an other sibling I thought I didnt need to purchase a thing but she hates the toys I have so I just buy the item and if she likes I keep it if not I return there are some many toys.
I would register for a bouncer and other items also look at the reviews I look and read everything now before purchasing.

The Whoozits are great, lots of textures, taggies are good...
Anything with textures and labels seem to work. I would say that my son wasn't interested in any rattle type toys until he was like 4 months old!

Steven is two months old and these are the toys he LOVES
I got lots of lamaze toys, but he can't really grab them yet so what I thought he would be playing with now he is not.
Anything with songs and lights are good for the first few months. Mostly they just stare and laugh.

AVa always loved her playmat and also there's a Sassy mirror that has toys on it that she loved. Oh, and also the Fisher Price Infant/Toddler Rocker. It had a bar with toys that hung from it and she LOVED those. Now she just uses it as a chair.

DD loves her baby einstein playmat, i still use just the mat.
She also liked the Lamaze cube and anything bright that crinkled.
Otherwise she really didn't start "playing" until she was 4-5 months old.
Then she loves her leap start table, taggies books, any kind of book.
She also loves her Chime Garden.
At 8 months old she loves her Fisher price piano, Learning house, pots and pans, blocks, still anything that crinkles. she loves things she can take apart and play with that make noise when she bangs them.
