What is a good whole wheat bread?
A lot of them I have tried taste awful. Any suggstions? TIA

Isn't the really good bread (health-wise) is whole grain bread...not sure of a particular brand though.

If you go to Cosctco, there is a delicious grain bread that is very good, I love it toasted.

I love Ezekel Bread. Not entirely whole wheat, It is a sprouted grain bread and it tastes great and is low cal, one one point on WW!

My DH loves Matthews whole grain wheat bread (or something like that) its supposed to be better for you...??

My DH is hooked on Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Stone Ground. I have also heard Weight Watchers makes a good one, but we haven't tried it.

Nah- the Weight watcher's bread is  . The slices are SO slim and DRY.
There's a brand called Nature's Own whole wheat Double Fiber (5 grams per slice) that I LOVE. 2 slices=1 point.
Blech on all WW products (except the chocolate muffins)

I tried the Pepperidge Farm 15 grain bread recently and I love it. It's the only bread I buy now.
