What Is Charting?
Sorry to sound stupid, but what is all this charting talk? What are you keeping track of? Your temperatures?
If anyone can give me more info, I would appreciate it because I am using the regular "a week before and a week after your AF" are the non-fertile times per month.

Re: What Is Charting?
Hi, its not a stupid question. Yes, its charting temps as well as, CM and cervical position. its all in this book Taking Charge of Your Fertility
This book will help you though the entire process of charting and help you learn things about your body that you never knew before.
In order to start charting you will need a Basal Body Thermometer. You will need to start taking your temp every morning - before you even get out of bed, you wake up (same time EVERYDAY) and roll over grab your thermometer and take your temp.
Good luck.
