What is Cipro for during IVF cycle?
I just looked over all of my meds and I have Cipro.
Anyone else take this? and what is it for during IVF?

It's an antibiotic for ER and ET. DH will also take it to ward off bacteria.
It's just to keep your system free of bacteria and from you getting an infection.

My husband also took it right after our first IUI. In his case, Dr B said he has a slight fragmentation problem with his sperm and the Cipro would help.... if that makes any sense. But I don't know how that would translate in your case....
