Re: What is for dinner tonight?
not sure... DH has an eye doctor appointment so it depends what time we get home...our choices are: 1 - leftover pizza from last night 2 - chix cutlets 3 - shrimp stir fry
my choice is the stir fry - its fast, quick and easy

Directions - Poke a fork hole in the italian sausage links and boil for 20 minutes

This one is great too! It's from McCormick recipes
2 pounds Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips 1 medium yellow onion, sliced 1/2-inch thick 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes 2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste 1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Italian Herb Chicken Seasoning
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker; toss to coat well. Cover. 2. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over cooked pasta or in sandwich rolls, if desired.

Re: What is for dinner tonight?
Last night i made pepper steak.
Tonight.. I have marinating right now.. I took boneless chicken breast - and shreded white onion, crushed garlic and salt/pepper on it. First time trying this.. so hopefully it comes out right.
