What is going on with me???
AF just ended 7 days ago. Yesterday, I cam home and I was spotting. Today I feel crampy and mentsrual. In the 21 years that I've been dealing with AF, I have never spotted between periods. What can it be???? I'm not pg---DH and I have not been able to ttc due to various fertility tests over the past 2 months.

Sometimes before I ovulate I start spotting, pretty lightly but I think it has to do with the rise in estrogen before you ovulate.
