What is going on with my baby? Need insight !(long)

Madeline will be 6 months in a week and 1/2 and the past few days has been acting different.
Usually I can get her to go to sleep by rocking her , but she keeps trying to sit up. She won't take the pacifier unless I am walking her around, holding her on my hip. It could be teething, but she's not really showing any other signs , and I don't want to give her teething remedies if it is not.
She had reflux when she was younger, and if you had asked me two weeks ago if I thought she still had it, I'd have said no. But the past few days she has been spitting up, wheezing a little bit, and generally uncomfortable sitting back ( but laying down is OK)

She has started fruits and was doing very well with them. The change in behavior started about a day after she tried pears. I don't know if there is any correalation.

From reading this back, it seems like teething and reflux. Maybe she's just excited b/c she's started to recognize things and wants to look around ?

I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to something else it might be... Did anyone elses baby go through this at 6 months ? TIA

it could be he system adjusting to the new foods, I am not sure if Reflux comes and goes or if it's a condition they have and keep. Sorry.

And at 6 months it is because they see so much and are so nosy! They think they are going to miss something if they go to sleep. Maybe try the soothing/going to sleep process a little earlier than normal?
