what is gripe water do i need to ask my dr first before use?
i was looking on here for related topics on gas relief and saw some on gripe water? what is it realy? should i ask before i use it?

No you can use it without speaking to a doctor. I just asked mine this question a while ago.

Noel, I started using it for Audrina and honestly it didn't work very much. It does have an affect on her. She sleeps longer and it's a more peaceful sleep. All but once did it work instantly, other times it took 30-60minutes for her to calm down. I just got my Lullaband in the mail today so I am going to try that. good luck. You can get Little Tummy's Gripe water in any baby isle.

Gripe water has natural soothers in it. Basically, it's fennel & chamomile. Some makers have ginger in their gripe water. It won't hurt DS & you can give it without consulting your ped.

I found it worked great for hiccups and an upset tummy. You don't need to ask a dr.
