It's the milk ejection reflex. (When your milk starts to flow.) I never felt one until maybe the last month or so, and my DS is 4-1/2 months. I feel this burny, tingly feeling in my breasts.

I didn't feel mine until recently and DD is 12 weeks old. For me, it's a tingly feeling in the other boob than the one I'm nursing on. The LC I met with said it's common not to feel it, though.
