it's city cellar
I went there for lunch last week- I wouldn't call it a steak place
it was very good- they are the same owners as city oyster in Delray Beach, FL- which is right by my brothers so I had eaten there and wanted to try it

oh they serve food!?!?! my sister told me it was just gonna be a wine and dessert bar. sounds cool, i think we'll try it out!
