What is the best 0% on transfers card?

I'm scared...a lot of the cards I see give you 0% for transfers, but then after a certain amount of time the interest skyrockets and then they have annual fees. Even low interest cards...what is the best company that will allow me to transfer?

Re: What is the best 0% on transfers card?

My AMEX has zero for the first six months- then it goes up to higher, not my much, it depends on your credit and what "deal" you sign up with, the time you sign up, etc.

Vinny has a Visa that is 0% for one year! I had one, years ago, that was 0% for 18 months which was great! I have really good credit so whenever one runs out I just transfer the balance, if any, to another 0% offer- I'm always getting them.

Most of the time there is no balance so I will say I'm going to go to another card which is offering 0% and MOST of the time the company I'm with extends it to keep me Chat Icon

Washington Mutual Visa....0% APR on all balance transfers until Jan. 2008. purchase apr of 9.99%

the problem with transfers is that you will wind up paying for the entire interest charges from day 1 , if you don't pay it off by the time limit they give you. just gotta make sure you know you're gonna pay it off.

Discover is interest free on BTs until August 2007 and forever after that as long as u make 2 trasactions per month on the card. I just applied because chase wants to up my rate to 30% after Jan 1 and I always pay on time. It's outrageous!
