What is the best way to
speed up your metabolism. I am going to start to stregnth train more, but does anyone have any recommendations on routines or foods to eat more of. Thanks

-Drink a TON of water -Eat breakfast within a half an hour of waking -Eat 5-6 mini-meals a day -Make sure you eating plenty of fruits and veggies (at least 5 servings a day), 2 servings of a fat-free or low-fat dairy and plenty of protein -And of course exercise!

Side question....excuse the hi-jack please......does it count if I have vegetable juice within a half-hour of waking up. I usually "eat" breakfast 2 hours after waking up. Thanks!
